They are now at a pivotal stage of their journey and are seeking an experienced Production Manager to take full ownership of their workshop operation based in the Midlands.

This is a senior handson leadership role for someone who understands what premium looks like and knows how to embed standards consistently across people processes and products.

The Role:

This role offers genuine autonomy and influence. You will be trusted to own the workshop endtoend: output quality standards team capability and continuous improvement.

You will be focal in the quality of products ensuring that every piece leaving the workshop reflects the expectations of a highend clientfacing brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Own endtoend workshop output - acting as the final quality sign off and ensuring nothing leaves below the required standard
• Define embed and uphold clear quality standards - set the benchmark for workmanship detail and what good looks like
• Plan and manage production workflow across fabrication and assembly to maintain a smooth operation and ontime delivery
• Identify and remove bottlenecks driving improvements to efficiency and rightfirsttime quality
• Lead from the front on the shop floor maintaining strong presence authority and technical credibility
• Build lead and develop a highperforming production team with clear expectations accountability and ongoing skills development
• Own key supplier and finishing relationships improving consistency preparation and outcomes while reducing rework
• Contribute to wider management and future growth supporting capacity planning workshop development and continuous improvement

Essential Experience

• Proven experience as a Production Manager or in a senior workshop leadership role
• Experience in bespoke or highend manufacturing environments e.g. lighting architectural metalwork electrical products
• Strong track record delivering highquality bespoke products
• Experience leading and developing skilled shopfloor teams
• Handson background in metal fabrication (brass experience advantageous)
• Strong understanding of surface preparation and finishing processes
• Confident decisionmaker with a strong sense of ownership
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
