Full Time Fresh Food Manager at MACE Freshford
We are seeking a Full Time Fresh Food Manager to join our team at MACE Freshford. The successful candidate will report directly to the Directors and play a key role in enhancing our Grab and Go range transitioning into healthy eating and premium food ranges.
The Role:
Oversee the fresh food department and manage day-to-day operations
Develop and implement strategies to improve the Grab and Go range
Introduce new offerings in healthy eating and premium food categories
Ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulations
Manage inventory ordering and stock control for fresh food items
Train and supervise staff to maintain high-quality standards
Collaborate with suppliers to source fresh and high-quality ingredients
Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies to maximize profitability
Conduct regular quality checks to uphold freshness and presentation standards
