We are currently seeking a passionate individual with daycare or preschool experience to join our team as a Preschool Curriculum Specialist.

As a Preschool Curriculum Specialist at The Learning Experience You Will:
- Lead by example displaying passion for making a positive impact on the lives of children and employees. Create an environment of trust rapport and inclusivity.
- Ensure that curriculum standards are maintained and staff are supported in working with a diverse population of students.
- Support a team of highly qualified staff by actively training coaching and engaging with classroom activities and center events.
- Guide our teachers in implementing our proprietary curriculum leveraging your passion for learning. Take advantage of our engaging characters to drive the curriculum creating a fun and enriching learning experience at TLE.
- Conduct classroom observations to maintain the highest standards of care and education.

- Have three or more years of childcare experience (highly preferred) or at least two years of center teaching experience.
- Hold a Bachelors or Associates degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or a related field (highly preferred).
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of curriculum standards and child development.
