Job Title: Student Worker - Athletics Front Desk Worker - SACE

Work Schedule: Minimum 6 hours available weekly wide operating hours closed Saturdays

Job Description:
- Athletics Front Desk Workers support the Student-Athlete Center for Excellence by providing welcoming customer service and light administrative support.
- Front Desk Workers are responsible for greeting visitors to our space checking in student-athletes and tutors for appointments sending communication to parties late for their sessions and checking out supplies.
- Applicants should be personable detail-oriented and exercise strong time management skills.
Additional Expectations:
- Maintain compliance with departmental and NCAA policies
- Participate in onboarding education
- Uphold confidentiality of student information
- Attend shifts regularly
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members about schedule changes
- Perform tasks with attention to detail
