Job Title: LETTINGS VALUER / LISTER Residential Lettings

Salary: OTE 50000 per annum

Wanted! Lettings Valuer / Lister required to generate new instructions conduct market appraisals build landlord relationships and maximise lettings opportunities while supporting branch performance and maintaining high service standards.

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Lettings Valuer / Lister to join a busy and successful lettings team in Chelmsford.

This role focuses on winning new business carrying out valuations and increasing market share. You will play a key role in building relationships with landlords securing instructions and supporting the overall growth of the lettings department.

What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Generating new lettings business and securing property instructions
• Conducting accurate market appraisals and rental valuations
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords
• Converting enquiries into valuations and new instructions
• Advising landlords on pricing marketing and legislation
• Coordinating property marketing across portals and platforms
• Negotiating offers and agreeing tenancy terms
• Working closely with the lettings and property management teams
• Keeping up to date with current lettings legislation and compliance
• Contributing to branch targets and overall business performance

What Were Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Previous experience in residential lettings ideally as a Valuer or Lister
• Strong track record of winning new business and gaining instructions
• Good knowledge of lettings legislation and processes
• Confident communicator with strong negotiation skills
• Target-focused with a proactive approach to generating opportunities
• Well organised with the ability to manage a busy workload
• Professional and customer-focused mindset
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
