Shift & Schedule: Nights (Rotating Weekends)
Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Registered Nurse (RN) Intensive Care Unit (ICU) for an exciting Travel or Local job in Hudson FL.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and manage care plans for critically ill patients in ICU settings
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans and discharge care
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
- Monitor and respond to changes in patient condition
- Provide high-quality care in a high-acuity trauma environment
- Ensure compliance with clinical protocols and safety standards
- Support cardiac stroke and critical care interventions
- Maintain patient advocacy and service excellence standards
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of recent ICU experience in acute care setting
- Nursing Diploma or ASN required; BSN preferred
- Active Florida RN license or Compact License (FL required within 60 days)
- Current AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- AHA Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) required within 6 months
- NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification required within 6 months
