Department Overview

Job Description

• Basic printed circuit board assembly rework and modification.

• Responsible for following and using Work Instructions and Procedures.

• Responsible for assembling product of varying degrees of complexity.

• Responsible for the visual inspection of their own assembly work

• Responsible for good house-keeping safety security and adherence to Department policies and procedures.

• Must be organized and detail oriented with the ability to work independently under minimal supervision.

• The ability to use numerous types of equipment and assembly tools including microscopes soldering irons tweezers calipers picks scalpels hot plates epoxies etc.

• Must be able to sit at a microscope for extended periods.

• Must be able to work closely with designers engineers and quality personnel.

• Basic computer skills are required

• Complete IPC certification within 3 months of hire (training will be provided) or have current certification.

• Knowledge of Basic electronics a plus.

Target Base Salary Range: $29500 - $47200 USD

Consistent with Motorola Solutions values and applicable law we provide the following information to promote pay transparency and equity. Pay within this range varies and depends on job-related knowledge skills and experience. The actual offer will be based on the individual candidate.

Basic Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED and 3 years of relevant work experience are required for this position.

• The ability to demonstrate printed circuit board assembly experience to include soldering of surface mount through-hole and wire technology.

• U.S. Citizenship required as well as the ability to obtain necessary security clearance as required by government contractors.
