Job Summary
At Preferred Care at Home Tri Cities our mission is simple: to enhance the quality of life for older adults Veterans people with disabilities and their families by providing access to compassionate caregivers and supportive service personnel.
We are looking for dependable compassionate Caregivers to join our team and provide in-home care throughout Carter Johnson Washington Unicoi Sullivan and Hawkins Counties. Whether you have years of experience or are just starting out this is your chance to be part of a mission-driven organization where your work truly matters.
What We Offer
- $15.00$16.00 per hour (based on experience & availability)
- Flexible scheduling: work 2040 hours per week with 28 hour shifts
- Paid orientation so you feel confident in your role

What Youll Do
- Provide personal care (bathing dressing toileting etc.)
- Prepare meals & offer medication reminders
- Assist with light housekeeping
- Offer companionship and emotional support
- Help ensure clients remain safe comfortable and independent in their homes
What You Need
- Must be 18 years or older
- Compassionate and reliable attitude
- Valid Tennessee drivers license and reliable transportation
- Auto insurance with at least $50000 liability coverage
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
- Caregiving experience is helpful but not required well train the right person
