Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Registered Nurse Intermediate Care for an exciting Travel or Local job in Utica NY.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care in IMCU setting
• Manage neuro cardiac trauma and respiratory patients
• Care for conditions including COPD DKA sepsis MI CV stepdown and post-op cases
• Monitor and manage chronic ventilated patients with RT support
• Operate and manage specialty equipment (temp pacer chest tubes A-lines BiPAP Neptune Vapo)
• Perform ongoing patient assessments and clinical documentation
• Administer medications and monitor patient responses
• Float to other units as required
• Ensure safe and effective patient care delivery
• Maintain accurate EPIC EMR documentation

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years IMCU/PCU experience required
• Active New York RN license (ALL RN licenses must be verified via NURSYS)
• Current AHA BLS ACLS and NIHSS required
• EPIC EMR experience required
• Updated resume must include travel experience
• Skills checklist required matching specialty
• Drivers license must match demographic address
• RTO must be included at time of submission
• Ability to care for adult patient population (18)
• Comfortable working in high-acuity environment with floating requirement
