This is a 12-months fixed-term position.
We are seeking aRegional Market Development Manager (RMD)to lead demand generation and regional marketing strategyin EMEA forourLaboratory Plastic Essentials(LPE) andLaboratory Chemicals (LCD)portfolio part of theLaboratory Products Group (LPG)business.
In partnership withGlobal MarketDevelopment Product Management Digital Marketing Marketing Operations and Sales you will develop and execute integrated customer-centric marketing strategies that drive pipeline support new product introductions andand enable commercial success across direct and channel sales models.
This rolewillbe basedfromourInchinnanoffice in Scotland.
What will you do
Gather and translate deepcustomer and market insightsinto compelling differentiated campaigns with a strong customer-first mindset.
Partner closely withGlobal Marketing Product Management Digital Marketing and Salesto develop and execute integrated marketing programs.
Develop and own theEMEAregional marketing strategy and operating plan aligned with global priorities and regional businessobjectives.Analyse marketing performance and adjust campaigns to deliver against incremental revenue goals accelerating demand in the EMEA region
Drive successful New Product Introductions (NPIs)acrossEMEA ensuring strong launch readiness adoption and revenue performance through marketing effortssalesand channel enablement.
Collaborate with Marketing Operations to deploy multi-channel campaigns across digital field partner and event channels maximizing reach and ROI.
Enable sales teams and channel partnerswith effective messaging tools training and campaign support to accelerate pipeline and close rates.
Monitor and analysemarketing performance market trends customer segments and competitive dynamics adjusting strategies to exceed growth targets.
Present insights results and recommendations tosenior stakeholders and executive leadership.
Manage andoptimizetheregional marketing budget ensuring efficient investment and strong return on marketing spend.
How will you get here
Education
A marketing degree or qualification is. Life sciences knowledge is a plus.
Experience
Extensive marketing experience and ability to efficiently implement marketing plans to drive revenue growth
Ability to efficiently implementsales enablementplans to drive revenue growth
Strong record working in cross-functional teams andoperatingwithin a complex organisation to achieve goals.
Consistenttrack recordmeeting boldobjectivesand developing strong working relationships
