Schedule: MondayFriday 8:30 AM 3:40 PM
Pay Rate: $20 $24 per hour

Position Overview

This role involves assisting teachers with daily classroom activities providing individualized academic support and fostering a positive learning atmosphere for students of all abilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Support teachers with classroom management and instructional activities.

• Provide one-on-one and small group academic assistance to students.

• Assist students with assignments projects and skill development.

• Maintain accurate student records and monitor academic progress.

• Provide support to students with special needs in an inclusive learning setting.

• Facilitate group activities and supervise students during transitions and non-classroom periods.

• Promote a safe structured and engaging classroom environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Teacher Assistant or in a similar educational support role preferred.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Ability to work effectively with students of diverse learning abilities and backgrounds.

• Patient dependable and collaborative team player.
