Job Summary
Independence Mazda is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Internet SalesBDC professional to join our team in Charlotte this role you will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound customer communications scheduling appointments and providing excellent service to ensure a seamless sales process.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and emails promptly and professionally.
- Schedule and confirm sales appointments between customers and the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer contacts and interactions in the CRM system.
- Follow up with potential customers to nurture leads and increase sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and timely communication.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a Sales BDC or customer service role preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with CRM Vinsolutions software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid Drivers License
