Job Summary
- Design and maintain the full KPI framework for Shell Foundation and GEAPP compliance
- Prepare bi-annual Shell Foundation impact reports and quarterly GEAPP portfolio reports
- Conduct baseline midline and endline assessments for all active deployments
- Design and maintain the carbon calculation model and GHG emissions tracking methodology
- Integrate MEL data from IoT systems field officers and financial monitoring into unified dashboards
- Manage third-party M&E and independent verification partner relationships
- Produce Quarterly Portfolio Review Reports and Annual Impact Reports
- Provide performance intelligence to inform scaling gate decisions and IC presentations
- Total Professional Experience- 610 years
- MEL / Impact Measurement Required- DFI or donor-funded programme context strongly preferred
- KPI Framework Design Required
- Carbon / GHG Metrics Required- climate finance or clean energy context preferred
- Quantitative Data Analysis Required
- Funder Reporting Experience Required- Shell Foundation GEAPP or equivalent DFI reporting
