Job Summary
OVERVIEW:
Youll play a key role in delivering attention-grabbing content that drives engagement and channel growth.
WHAT YOULL BE DOING:
- Supporting the growth and performance of our TikTok channel driving reach and engagement
- Creating and publishing high-volume social-first content at pace
- Reacting quickly to trends moments and platform behaviours
- Integrating product into authentic creator-native content
- Testing learning and iterating to scale what performs best
- Translating campaigns launches and events into TikTok-native formats
- Supporting end-to-end delivery of social campaigns
- Collaborating with brand creative product and influencer teams
WHAT YOULL NEED:
Essential Criteria:
- Proven experience in a social media or content-focused role
- Hands-on experience creating content for social platforms
- Strong understanding of TikTok and familiarity with Instagram YouTube Snapchat and Pinterest
- Experience delivering KPI-driven results
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Proactive self-starting mindset with a strong sense of ownership
- Confident communicator both written and verbal
- Experience using tools like Photoshop Premiere Pro or CapCut
