About the Role
The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing multiple projects running simultaneously from the planning stage to site establishment and then final hand-over. The role is both office-based and site-based and works alongside our internal construction teams as well as liaising with trades suppliers and clients.
Key activities (include but are not limited to):
Full end-to-end Project Management
Organisation scheduling and budgeting of allocated projects
Cost management of all contractor and supplier invoices
Strong focus on client service level requirements and delivery time frames
Liaising with all stakeholders ensuring efficient communication and regular updates
Promoting and ensuring a safe and WHS compliant work place
Key Professional Skills and Qualifications:
Ideally 5 years experience in commercial project management
Trade/Degree qualified with a Carpentry or Building background preferred
Thorough understanding of the construction process methodology critical inspection points building standards and WHS compliance
Track record of establishing and maintaining long term relationships/accounts
Exceptional organisational and time management skills
Proactive and outcome focused
Exceptional attention to detail with excellent communication
