Job Summary
- Enforce all infrastructure readiness gates before any procurement shipment is approved
- Supervise hub and civil works construction verify compliance and issue Hub Readiness Certificates
- Coordinate distribution upgrades (3-phase spur metering protection) with mini-grid developers
- Approve Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT)
- Manage installation quality commissioning and contractor performance
- Design and oversee the preventive maintenance calendar and warranty tracking system
- Coordinate logistics dispatch delivery verification and serial number logging
- Produce the Operations section of the Site Success Blueprint for each transaction
- Total Professional Experience- 812 years
- Infrastructure Deployment Experience- Required (multi-site physical deployment)
- Civil & Electrical Project Oversight- Required
- Multi-Site Project Supervision- Required (concurrent deployments at scale)
- Rural Field Execution Strongly- Required (direct field team management)
- Agro / Agro-Industrial Context- Strongly Preferred
- Vendor & SLA Management- Required (contractor performance enforcement)
