• Competitive Pay $45000$75000 OTE (base salary commission bonuses). Your base is guaranteed commission grows as your accounts do.

• Start your morning at the office plan your route review your target accounts prep follow-up notes from the day before.
• Drive your planned route typically 1215 stops across central Milwaukee only.
• Walk into apartment communities maintenance offices and commercial properties to introduce yourself and build relationships with the people who make repair decisions.
• Deliver a proven introduction and ask questions to better understand the needs and motivations of our customers.
• Follow up with contacts who werent available keep your pipeline moving and watch early conversations become recurring accounts.
• Log every visit note and follow-up in our software before your day ends.
• Attend a weekly team meeting to review numbers share wins and get coaching

• People-oriented and persistent Youre comfortable introducing yourself to new people and building rapport quickly. You follow up because you said you would.

• Retail or customer service you know how to read a room and handle objections gracefully.

• Property management or real estate you already speak the language of the people we call on.
• Any people-facing role where showing up consistently and communicating clearly was the job.

• Valid drivers license clean driving record and reliable personal vehicle.
• Must be based in Milwaukee daily travel throughout the north side and nearby suburbs.
• Comfortable learning new software CRM and routing tools provided and trained.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
