Job Summary
- Evaluate and qualify OEM suppliers; maintain an approved vendor framework
- Negotiate milestone-based contracts (30% order / 40% post-FAT / 30% post-SAT)
- Issue purchase orders against approved technical specifications
- Coordinate and certify Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) before payment release
- Enforce the no-shipment rule no equipment dispatched without full readiness clearance
- Manage procurement sequencing in alignment with Operations Lead readiness gates
- Track warranty obligations and enforce after-sales service compliance
- Maintain equipment specification library and update OEM cost benchmarks
- Total Professional Experience 610 years
- Industrial Procurement Experience- Required (equipment or capital goods procurement)
- OEM Negotiation & Contracting- Required
- Infrastructure Logistics- Required (deployment sequencing and delivery management)
- Technical Equipment Knowledge- Required (agro-processing or energy equipment preferred)
- Vendor Performance Management- Required
