Summary/Objective

Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer the Growth Program Manager - Revenue & Strategic Initiatives will drive key growth initiatives across Cain Watters & Associates. This role sits at the intersection of sales marketing and operations and is responsible for turning strategy into execution. The individual in this role will translate high level growth priorities into clear plans coordinated efforts and measurable outcomes. Success requires strong collaboration attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple initiatives while keeping momentum and accountability high. This is a handson role for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment and is motivated by building scalable repeatable processes that support growth.

Essential Functions

  1. Execute and manage key growth initiatives including outbound pilots strategic partnerships and events and new product rollouts.

  1. Develop maintain and track project plans timelines and deliverables to ensure alignment with business objectives.

  1. Coordinate cross functionally with internal teams to align execution dependencies and priorities.

  1. Monitor progress identify execution risks or bottlenecks and implement solutions to maintain momentum and meet deadlines.

  1. Provide regular status updates and reporting to leadership on progress risks and outcomes.

Responsibilities & Duties

  1. Own day-to-day execution of assigned growth initiatives ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope with clear milestones and deliverables.

  1. Translate strategic priorities into actionable project plans defining timelines owners dependencies and success criteria from kickoff through completion.

  1. Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining visibility into progress risks and blockers across all active projects.

  1. Coordinate cross functionally with Sales Marketing NCS Operations Wealth and other stakeholders to align execution efforts and ensure smooth handoffs.

  1. Proactively identify execution gaps bottlenecks and delays and work with stakeholders to implement solutions that keep initiatives moving forward.

  1. Establish and maintain clear accountability across projects by tracking commitments following up on overdue tasks and resetting expectations as needed.

  1. Improve speed from idea to execution by streamlining coordination reducing friction between teams and driving timely decision making.

  1. Provide regular status updates and progress reporting to leadership including visibility into timelines risks dependencies and outcomes.

  1. Support continuous improvement of execution processes by identifying patterns in delays or inefficiencies and recommending adjustments.

  1. Ensure consistent documentation and communication of project plans timelines and decisions to maintain alignment and transparency.

Job requirements

Education and Experience

  • Bachelors degree required in Business Finance Marketing Economics or a related field required.

  • 5 years of professional experience in consulting operations program management or a related role with demonstrated ownership of complex cross functional initiatives.

  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to plan prioritize and execute multiple workstreams simultaneously.

  • Proven experience working cross functionally with senior stakeholders in fastpaced deadlinedriven environments.

  • High accountability and ownership mindset with a track record of driving initiatives from concept through execution.

  • Experience driving strategic initiatives involving sales marketing operations or product teams.

  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders without direct authority and manage competing priorities effectively.

  • Familiarity with gotomarket growth or revenue related initiatives such as pilots partnerships or new product launches.

  • Strong executive level communication skills including status reporting risk escalation and decision framing.

Travel

This position involves minimal travel with rare overnight travel depending on project demands.

Work Environment

This job operates in a clerical office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers phones photocopiers filing cabinets and fax machines.

Physical Demands

This is a largely sedentary role; however some filing may be required. This would require the ability to lift files open filing cabinets and bend or stand as necessary.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time exempt position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Some flexibility in hours is allowed based on managements approval. The ability to work remotely is allowed based on managements approval.

Compensation

Minimum: $125000.00 - Maximum: $138000.00 USD
