Operations Coordinator

Summary Description:

The Operations Coordinators primary responsibility is provide support to operational effectiveness on a daily basis by maintaining a clear line of communication between Operations and other departments and divisions.

Primary responsibilities:

• Manage the US-Shipping and FTC-Group emails.
• Respond concisely accurately and timely to emails.
• Ensure that all issues included in the emails are addressed in a prompt manner.
• If necessary relay communications to the applicable manager or department.
• Adjust Order Details as needed.
• Process and execute Change Orders as requested by the sales department
• Help identify trends with problems reported to the email groups.
• Maintain a high level of internal and external customer service.
• When necessary troubleshoot and resolve any orders not progressing properly in FASCOR.
• Other duties as assigned by the Leadership Team.

Skills & Requirements:

• High School diploma
• 3 years experience in a warehouse environment.
• Oracle or like systems experience is a plus
• Ability to utilize Microsoft applications is a plus (Word Excel and Outlook)
• Ability to problem solve and troubleshoot orders
• Customer awareness and focus on customer service
• Must be comfortable sitting in a warehouse environment
