Position Overview
ISO Workforce Alliance is partnering with a Washington public school district to hire a Speech-Language Pathologist to support students across elementary and secondary grade levels. This position reports to the Executive Director of Special Services and provides assessment therapy consultation and multidisciplinary collaboration within a supportive Special Services department.
The district serves a diverse student population and is committed to inclusive student-centered programming.
Compensation
$80$90 per hour (DOE)

Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive assessment and diagnosis of speech voice hearing and language impairments
Develop and implement individualized therapy programs to meet student needs
Conduct evaluations interpret results and support eligibility determination
Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team processes
Collaborate with teachers parents administrators and related service providers
Support MTSS and SEL frameworks
Maintain compliance documentation (IEPs assessment reports progress monitoring Medical Recovery documentation)
Assist with Child Find activities
Provide consultation and training related to communication and behavior supports
Stay current on federal and state special education regulations
Required Qualifications
Valid Washington ESA Certificate with SLP/Audiologist endorsement
Active CCC-SLP
Knowledge of verbal and non-verbal communication methods
Experience with assessment data collection and interpretation
Working knowledge of MTSS and SEL best practices
Ability to collaborate effectively in team-based educational settings
Preferred Qualifications
Prior school-based SLP experience
Spanish-speaking ability
Experience working with culturally diverse student populations
