Job Overview

We are seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a contract assignment in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting. The clinician will provide evaluation and treatment for speech language cognitive-communication and swallowing disorders across adult and geriatric populations.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct patient speech and language assessments
Develop individualized treatment plans
Provide therapy for communication and swallowing disorders
Document patient progress and outcomes
Collaborate with interdisciplinary rehab and clinical teams
Educate patients families and caregivers
Maintain compliance with facility and regulatory standards
Support functional independence and quality-of-life outcomes

Shift: Day Shift
Shift Time: 08:00 AM 04:30 PM
Schedule: Monday Friday (Full-time contract)

Requirements

Active Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) license required (state dependent)
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
Experience in skilled nursing or rehab setting preferred
Strong communication and clinical documentation skills
Ability to work in interdisciplinary healthcare teams
Valid state/federal ID required on-site at all times
Compliance with facility onboarding and health requirements
