Consumer Technology GCC Delivery Leader

We are looking for a Senior Manager Software Engineering Delivery to lead the delivery of critical technology capabilities within our Consumer Technology domain supporting our Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) strategy.

In this role youll partner closely with product architecture and business stakeholders to deliver modern reliable and scalable platforms. Youll lead multi-team delivery strengthen engineering practices and help develop future leaderswhile remaining close to execution and outcomes.

• Lead multiple engineering teams through full-lifecycle delivery: design development testing deployment and support.

• Translate business priorities into actionable roadmaps and delivery plans.

• Apply Agile and continuous delivery practices to achieve predictable outcomes.

• Drive continuous improvement across quality reliability and delivery efficiency.

People Vendor & Financial Leadership

• Coach and develop engineering managers and senior engineers.

• Foster a culture of accountability collaboration and learning.

• Manage delivery within budget and partner with vendors to ensure quality and value.

YOU HAVE

• 7 years leading delivery for digital commerce store retail and other customer-facing platforms.

• 3 years managing engineering delivery managers.

• Experience with Salesforce Commerce / Service Cloud or equivalent platforms.

• Exposure to Zeta Marketing Platform or equivalent. Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Point Of Sale (POS) and Retail Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) or equivalent.

• Familiarity with headless or composable commerce architectures

• Strong Agile and DevOps background with global team experience preferred.
