ECU Mechanics Project Leader ADAS Components

We are seeking a highly motivated Project Manager to lead the mechanical development and integration of Advanced Driver-Assistance Systems (ADAS) components. This role demands strong project management expertise cross-functional leadership and the ability to drive technical excellence and achieve cost targets within a collaborative environment coordinating with all relevant Bosch teams including SE Responsibilities:ADAS Project Leadership & Execution:Lead and manage ADAS mechanical component development projects from concept to production and Project Requirement/Specification analysis & Project Scheduling approval and project performance take corrective and preventive Problem Solving via 8D DAR CAR Mechanical partlist generation (BOM) set-up & release in Engineering Change Requests (ECR).Support Production & -Functional Leadership & Cost Optimization:Provide cross-functional leadership to achieve material cost reduction targets for defined ADAS product and lead idea generation workshops with Production Plant Purchase Hardware and Design teams to reduce material brainstorming sessions with experts for idea generation and evaluate design and process optimization initiatives for ADAS extensively with all Bosch cross-functional teams including Sales Software Production Purchasing Hardware Design and SE (System Engineering) & Quality Management:Drive quantitative risk management to inform decision-making in steering Risk Assessments and ensure Quality Assessments (e.g. DRBFM) are Customer Coordination.

B.E / in Mechanical Engineering
