Garden Gate Health Care Facility is seeking a confident RN House Supervisor to provide evening clinical leadership and support to nursing staff. This role is ideal for an experienced RN who thrives in decision-making team support and ensuring high-quality resident care during off-hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical oversight and staff support during evening shifts
- Serve as the on-site clinical leader for nursing operations
- Ensure regulatory compliance and quality care delivery
- Respond to clinical issues staffing needs and emergencies
Qualifications:
- RN license
- Prior supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred
