Construction Manager- Bristol

Were looking for a Construction Manager to lead installation operations across Bristol and the South West.

This is a critical leadership role where youll oversee multiple lift and escalator installation projects ensuring delivery is safe efficient and to the highest quality standards.

Youll work closely with engineers project managers and key stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time within budget and in line with KONEs safety-first culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage installation teams across multiple sites
• Ensure all projects are delivered in line with KONE safety and quality standards
• Drive productivity efficiency and continuous improvement
• Manage project timelines resources and budgets
• Build strong relationships with customers contractors and internal teams
• Support and develop engineers through coaching and performance management
• Ensure compliance with all health & safety regulations
• Identify risks and proactively implement solutions

What Were Looking For

• Proven experience in construction or installation management (lifts/escalators or similar industry preferred)
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Solid understanding of health & safety regulations within construction environments
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Commercial awareness and problem-solving mindset
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Full UK driving licence
