Job Summary
Florida SouthWestern State College is accepting resumes in search of a Care and Adaptive Services Specialistto join our team of exceptional employees. This position is responsible for providing support resources outreach and referral services crisis intervention and consultation in collaboration with Care andAdaptive Services staff. The Specialists primary focus is to provide support and resources to FSWstudents and to assist with or lead trainings or presentations for Care and Adaptive position is responsible for connecting students to community and campus partnersmaintaining timely documentation and providing crisis intervention when needed. The Specialistis expected to perform their duties in alignment with the mission of the Care and Adaptive Servicesteam.

The ideal candidate will have:
- Associates degree from a regionally accredited institution of higher education in counselinghuman services social work or related field.
- Two (2) years of related full-time professional work experience.
- Excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to: develop strong working relationshipspositively represent Care and Adaptive Services across diverse communities and interacteffectively with internal and external stakeholders regarding mental health resources andeducation.
- Ability to independently travel to all FSW campuses in Lee Charlotte Collier and Hendrycounties and other locations for College business.
- Ability to provide resources and services via video telehealth phone conference and in person.
- Ability to learn and be proficient in Maxient to document student Care plans and other requiredupdates.
