A Day in the Life:
Operate production equipment and address mechanical issues
Perform quality tests andmaintainaccuraterecords
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience:
1yearof basic knowledge of machinery preferred.
Experience with production equipment is a plus.
Familiarity with quality testing.
Knowledge Skills Abilities:
Basic math skillsincludinguseof formulas decimals and fractions.
Knowledge of simple measuring devices.
Ability to stand continuously for an 8-hour period.
Must be able to lift 40 lbs. occasionally.
Physical Requirements / Work Environment:
This role entails standing forlong periods operating machinery and handling materials. You must be able to work in a dynamic and sometimes fast-paced environment.

Compensation and Benefits:
The hourly pay range estimated for this position based in Connecticut is $21.69/hr
