Description

COPE Health Solutions is seeking a full-time Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to provide comprehensive in-office primary care services to patients in Fresno California.

This role focuses on preventive care chronic disease management acute care visits and population health initiatives within a collaborative clinical environment. The provider will work closely with interdisciplinary team members to deliver high-quality patient-centered care and improve health outcomes across the community.

Location	Fresno CA ( Onsite)	Travel	Up to 10%
