Customer Experience Specialist

Full time permanent

Were looking for a Customer Experience Specialist to join our CX & Marketing team. This is a great opportunity for someone with a customer-first mindset who enjoys finding solutions and improving the customer experience.

Reporting to the Senior Customer Experience Specialist youll help champion MSCs customer-first culture across the UK influencing decisions and ensuring the customer perspective is always considered. Youll also play a key role in delivering our Customer Experience strategy and supporting the wider team.

How you will help us and what you can expect

Youll drive and maintain Customer Experience improvements from concept through to delivery. Working across multiple touchpoints youll translate customer feedback insights and process knowledge into meaningful change - ensuring what we deliver truly matters to customers and that every interaction reflects our brand.

This is a dynamic handson role offering exposure to multiple areas of the business. Youll help enhance the endtoend customer journey represent the customer in crossbusiness projects and carry out research and selflearning to build expertise in your field.

Skills and experience youll bring to us

  • Previous experience in a customer-centric role
  • A collaborative approach and ability to work well in cross-functional teams
  • Compelling persuasive communication skills (both written and spoken)
  • A flexible can-do attitude motivated to find solutions and adapt to change
  • Understanding of how MSC works
  • Ability to visualise and map customer interactions and processes
  • The ability to simplify complex ideas and make them easy to understand
  • Great attention to detail and strong planning and organisation skills
  • A positive outlook and passion for making things better
  • The creativity and vision to reimagine the customer experience
  • Confidence and the ability to influence and get people on board with ideas
  • Strong time management you can juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Strategic thinking the ability to make decisions with the bigger picture in mind
  • Confident presentation skills
  • Desire to learn (and keep learning) new skills
  • High level of computer literacy across all standard workplace packages
