Warehouse Associate (Full Time) - Calgary AB

Primary Purpose
The Warehouse Associate is primarily responsible for inventory and asset management and related equipment maintenance.

Key Accountabilities

Cleaning and Maintaining Medical Equipment
Support daily operations for distribution
Shipping and receiving
Communicating via phone and email with internal and external customers
Administrative duties including but not limited to sorting and filing
Comply with Linde safety policies and procedures
Comply with Linde inventory management and related policies and procedures
Role requires maintaining the warehouse clean by sweeping mopping spills maintain of toiletry supplies in washroom etc.
Cleaning shelves maintain safety standards of walkways
Breaking down boxes for recycling
Asset Management
Management of customer owned equipment
Participate in bi-annually physical inventories

Required Qualifications

Education
High School diploma or equivalent

Experience
1-year experience working in a customer service environment
Inventory management experience is an asset
3 years valid drivers license with a clean driving record is an asset

Knowledge / Skills / Abilities
Safety conscious and able to operate analytical and mechanical equipment
Customer focused patient organized and the ability to set priorities and follow through on tasks.
Self-motivating
Accurate and detail oriented
A team player who can work within tight deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft 365: Must be able to efficiently use Microsoft Teams Outlook Excel and Word
Proficiency using smart phone technology
Ability to work evenings and weekends
JDE experience is an asset
