Job Summary
POSITION OVERVIEW:

Responsible for maintenance and continuously improvement on various production equipment create and implement preventive maintenance plan and automation enhancement.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
工作职责
- Responsible to maintain production equipment in Tianjin facility includes repairing preventive maintenance & daily checking.
负责公司相关生产设备的维修预防性维护日常巡视
- Create and implement the maintenance plan.
编制设备保养计划并执行
- Identify equipment spare parts define spare part category procurement method and inventory quantity.
对设备的备品备件进行定义确定备件的品类采购方式和库存数量
- Conduct the improvement activities on production equipment design and implement automatic solution to improve production automation level for better quality productivity and safety.
进行设备改进的相关工作设计并实施自动化方案以提升生产线的自动化水平以达到更好的质量生产率和安全标 准
- Provide equipment technical support for new project and new process on procurement commissioning and acceptance phase. Ensure the equipment availability reliability and safety.
对新项目和新工艺的设备釆购调试以及验收提供技术支持确保设备的可用性可靠性安全性
- To train related operators and technicians for regular equipment operation and maintenance.
培训相关的作业员和技术员进行设备的日常操作和维护保养
- Other tasks from manager.

The main direction is Senior Maintenance Engineer or promoted to Maintenance Supervisor. At the same time because of some knowledge of product process can also be converted to Process Engineer.
主要方向为资深设备维护工程师或晋升为设备维护主管同时由于部分了解产品工艺也可以转为生产工程师
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
职位要求
College degree or above in electrical automation mechanical or mechatronics.电气自动化机械或机电一体化学科大专以上毕业
More than 5 years working experience in equipment maintenance.从事设备维护工作5年以上工作经验
Experience in using industrial control software such as PLC and Labview.有PLCLabview等工控软件的使用经验
Proficient in CAD and 3D modeling software.熟练使用CAD及三维建模软件
Understand the principles of hydraulics and pneumatics.了解液压及气动的相关原理
English CET4 or above.英语CET4或以上
