The Role
As General Manager you will take responsibility for the full day-to-day operation of the hotel.
You will:
Lead all departments including rooms front of house food & beverage and events
Recruit develop and manage department heads and teams
Implement systems structure and consistent standards across the business
Work closely with the Head Chef to align the overall guest experience
Oversee ongoing improvements and operational development
Manage budgets cost control and commercial performance
Drive service standards and guest satisfaction
Build a positive professional and accountable team culture
This is a hands-on leadership role requiring presence decision-making and the ability to bring people together.
