Following significant investment and a change in ownership the business is now entering a crucial phase moving from initial setup into structured growth stability and long-term success.

This is a role for a strong hands-on operator who can bring leadership structure and cohesion across the entire property.

The Role

As General Manager you will take responsibility for the full day-to-day operation of the hotel.

You will:

• Lead all departments including rooms front of house food & beverage and events
• Recruit develop and manage department heads and teams
• Implement systems structure and consistent standards across the business
• Work closely with the Head Chef to align the overall guest experience
• Oversee ongoing improvements and operational development
• Manage budgets cost control and commercial performance
• Drive service standards and guest satisfaction
• Build a positive professional and accountable team culture

This is a hands-on leadership role requiring presence decision-making and the ability to bring people together.

The Ideal Candidate

• Proven experience as a General Manager or senior hotel operator
• Background in boutique hotels food-led properties or quality hospitality environments
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and stabilise teams
• Commercial awareness with experience managing budgets and performance
• Confident implementing structure and improving operations
• Professional calm and solutions-focused
• Comfortable working closely with ownership while maintaining autonomy
