The Role
As General Manager you will take responsibility for the full day-to-day operation of the hotel.
You will:
- Lead all departments including rooms front of house food & beverage and events
- Recruit develop and manage department heads and teams
- Implement systems structure and consistent standards across the business
- Work closely with the Head Chef to align the overall guest experience
- Oversee ongoing improvements and operational development
- Manage budgets cost control and commercial performance
- Drive service standards and guest satisfaction
- Build a positive professional and accountable team culture
This is a hands-on leadership role requiring presence decision-making and the ability to bring people together.
