Are you our new Development Manager

The Development Manager is a senior technology leader responsible for driving engineering excellence ensuring endtoend delivery and maintaining the operational stability of our digital products and platforms. This role ensures strong alignment across software development infrastructure and IT service management.

As we are in the midst of a significant ITmodernization journey we expect this leader to play a key role in shaping our future ways of workingparticularly in modern engineering practices and the effective use of AI to elevate the productivity and impact of our development teams.

The ideal candidate combines deep technical credibility with strong organizational leadership. They champion modern engineering practices promote highvelocity delivery through agile methodologies and automation and ensure that mature ITIL processes support stable and predictable operations.

What you will do:

• Lead and develop an engineering organization of approximately 150 professionals
• Build a high-performance engineering culture focused on ownership quality and continuous improvement
• Mentor and coach Product Owners Agile coaches Scrum masters and technical leaders
• Collaborate with stakeholders peers and IT managers across Intrum Group to assure business value
• Drive AI transformation and continuously improve ways of working

What were looking for:

• Extensive experience in software engineering and technology delivery including prior hands-on experience as a developer or engineer.
• Strong knowledge in agile methodologies (Scrum SAFe) DevOps/DevSecOps practices Lean and continuous improvement
• Proven leadership experience of managing engineering teams/organizations and cross functional teams in an international environment.
• Strong understanding of

• Cloud platforms
• CI/CD pipelines
• Infrastructure automation
• Modern architecture patterns (microservices APIs event-driven systems).
