Location:Rochester NY
Job Type:Travel Contract
Shift & Schedule:Day Shift (06:00 AM 02:00 PM) 5x8 hours per week
Pay:$1022/week
Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking a CNA - LTC/Rehab for an exciting Travel or Local job in Rochester NY.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care based on individualized care plans
- Assist with ADLs (bathing grooming hygiene feeding mobility)
- Perform patient transfers repositioning and ambulation support
- Measure and record vital signs intake/output weight and outputs
- Provide hygiene care including bed baths oral care and skin care
- Support use of medical equipment (Hoyer lifts wheelchairs beds)
- Monitor and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff
- Maintain patient safety infection control and documentation
Requirements:
- Active CNA certification
- Minimum 1 year LTC rehab or skilled nursing experience
- Ability to perform patient handling and mobility tasks
- Knowledge of basic patient care and vital signs
- Ability to float between units as needed
