Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated Junior Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for design and a keen eye for detail. Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing and effective marketing materials such as flyers brochures social media graphics and website designs

- Assist with concept development and brainstorming sessions

- Utilize design software and tools to create high-quality designs

- Ensure all designs align with the brands guidelines and standards

- Work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines

- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to understand project requirements and make necessary revisions

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve design skills and techniques

Requirements:

- Bachelors degree in Graphic Design or a related field

- 1-2 years of experience in graphic design preferably in a marketing or agency setting

- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign)

- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design skills and styles

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills

- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

- Knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus
