A globally connected organization is seeking a hands-on HR Generalist to lead all people operations for its North American office. This is a high-impact standalone role supporting 60 employees ideal for someone who enjoys full ownership across HR recruiting and employee experience while partnering with an international parent company.
What Youll Do
- Serve as the sole HR lead managing all day-to-day HR operations for the Atlanta office
- Own full-cycle recruiting onboarding and employee lifecycle processes
- Drive employee engagement and satisfaction initiatives
- Partner with leadership on HR strategy policies and organizational needs
- Collaborate regularly with the global HR team in Europe to ensure alignment with company policies
- Maintain compliance with HR regulations and best practices
- Support performance management employee relations and culture-building efforts
