ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Coach the team they are assigned to
Take over the duties and responsibilities of the head coach when not present
Assist in coaching at practices and games
Implement practice plans
Oversee scouting of the opposition
Be a liaison between the captain and the head coach
Coordinate with the athletic office on the tasks of rosters awards and medical issues
Promote teamwork and a positive work ethic amongst the soccer team
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE SKILLS & ABILITIES:
CPR certified
NFHS concussion course completed
Communicate clearly and effectively
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Degree from an accredited college or university.
Experience coaching soccer
