Job Summary

Building & Grounds Assistant

Under direction: operate landscape and snow removal machinery to supervisors expectation. Complete tasks on schedule while observing safety standards at all times. Perform simple maintenance on equipment or machinery while being proactive with unscheduled repair situations that require immediate attention.

Responsibilities:

All activities related to landscape maintenance and improvement projects at Kapco
locations.
Oversee the application and spraying of herbicides and pesticides when required.
Landscape/snow removal.
Spring/Fall clean up
Maintain cleanliness and condition of all Kapco buildings and properties.
