Description

• Strong working knowledge in payroll activities.

• Sound knowledge in countrys statutory requirements

• Validation of various payroll reports and analysis on variances.

• Analysis on potential backlogs in the process.

• Creation and maintenance of process SOPs

• Experience in handling customer escalations.

• Experience in system transformation for Payroll

• Participated in UAT testing for payroll applications.

Education and Experience Required

• Graduate in any discipline with a minimum of 50% and above aggregate scores.

• 4 to 7 years of total experience with at least 5 years of experience in payroll preferable

Knowledge and Skills Required

• Demonstrated understanding of Payroll processes.

• Strong analytical skills.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Strong interpersonal skills: Able to collaborate and work in various teams

• Developed Microsoft Office skills (Excel PowerPoint etc.)

• Demonstrated business acumen and technical knowledge within area of responsibility.
