The ideal candidate:

• Currently holds a Staff Lead or Principal level role at a frontier AI lab or a high-growth market-leading technology company.

• Possesses deep technical or product expertise and is actively contemplating starting a company or joining a founding team.

• Demonstrates a history of building and scaling complex systems potentially including previous exits or founding experience.
