Role Summary and Impact

As part of theGlobal Operations Centre (GOC) you will work closely with teams across the United States Europe and Asia to deliver high-impact solutions in a collaborative multicultural environment. We are looking for Junior Ad Ops Specialist

  • Interact effectively with the Poland-based team and regional teams (Europe U.S. Asia) andcommunicate proactively with all stakeholders.
  • Support CM360 campaign launch setup and post-launch verification according to WPP Medias established guidelines.
  • Produce daily campaign reports including pacing updates data entry and commentary for regional Media Activation teams. Work closely with your manager and the team to support communication between the ad server and internal business units.
  • Support all media trafficking needs by scheduling andmaintainingplacements rotation of ads andcreativethroughout the lifetime of campaigns.
  • Efficiently distribute tags trackers and creative assets to all media partners.
  • Monitor and report on campaign checks across channels/platforms andensure data accuracy in campaign reporting tools and WPP Media campaign management software.
  • Embedadditionalsurvey audiencemeasurement verification and other tracking components for external vendors as needed.
  • Support daily QA andtimelytroubleshooting of all placements tagging and floodlights/vendor pixels for on-site tracking implementations to ensure proper tracking.
  • Assistinternal and external teams with the implementation of third-party ad serving tags and systems following documented best practices.

Skills and Experience

If this opportunity looks right for you we are looking for candidates who have:

  • You have aBachelorsdegree.
  • You are proficient in English (B2).
  • You have 6 months of experience in a digital media agency or the digital ad serving ecosystem (CM360 as the primary platform; Flashtalking is a plus).
  • You have some knowledge of Google Ads Facebook Business Manager or DV360.
  • You have good Excel skills.
  • You have experience with ad serving technologies.
  • You can adapt your approach to different client needs and work effectively in changing circumstances.
  • You have excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
  • You have practical experience with Google Tag Manager (a plus).

The gross salary for this position at the time of this posting is indicated below. This range reflects our broader groups compensation framework across diverse agencies and disciplines. For this specific role our offer will be determined within this range based on our internal benchmark reflecting the specific market conditions for our discipline.
