Stock Assistant Store Manager

As the Stock Assistant Store Manager you will provide leadership and direction to the store team while successfully executing the companys vision and values under the direction of the Store Manager. You will lead and supervise the day-to-day operations of the stockroom including the processing of shipment within 24 hours maintaining an organized stockroom and the flow of merchandise to the floor. As a member of the leadership team you will assist in creating an inclusive environment always putting our internal and external customers first. • Contributetomaximizing store sales bymanaging awell-organizedstockroomandaefficientlyoperatedflowof merchandise to the sales floor.

• Responsiblefor ensuring that the stores inventory integrity is maintained through proper shipping and receiving procedures and by communicating concerns to the Store Manager.

• Motivatestock associates byprovidingdirectcoachingfeedbacktrainingand supervisioninstockroom operations.

• Inspire a consumer centric mindset by modeling selling behaviors through genuine interactions with customers for the teams to emulate.

Skills for Success

What you bring:

• 3 yearsofrelatedprofessional/retailmanagementexperience

• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business; will require weekends evenings and holidays

• Abilitytomeetstoregoals by driving results through store teams

• Ability tostrategically maintain organization in afast-moving area of the store

• Proven abilityto coach and motivate a team to excel

• provencommunication skills

• Ability to besolution orientedflexible and able toworkin afast-pacedenvironment.
