Pay Rate/Range:$16-18/hr
Description: Will receive orders and verify candidate information assist in setting up new cilents in the screening platforms and ensure all verifications and consents meet FCRA and state regulations. Will maintain audit ready documentation review results for accuracy and communicate with clients regarding updates outcomes and support questions.
Job Requirements: Associate or bachelors degree preferably in Criminal Justice Business or related field. Two years in background screening or HR/compliance roles. Familiarity with FCRA DOT and state-level background check regulations. Must be detail oriented and have strong analytical capabilities have excellent communication skills and be able to manage multiple tasks in a fast paced environment.
Job Type: Contract-to-Hire
Shift/Schedule: Monday-Thursday 8:00am-5:00pm and Friday 8:00am-4:00pm
