Are you an organised proactive and relationshipfocused professional who thrives in a dynamic environment Our school is seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to the Principal to provide highlevel administrative and strategic support at the heart of our leadership team. The position is a fixed term leave replacement commencing 29 June 2026 until 14 July 2027.

This is a rewarding opportunity to contribute to a school that values excellence collaboration and student wellbeing.

As the Executive Assistant you will be the trusted right hand to the Principal managing communications coordinating priorities and ensuring the smooth operation of the Principals office. Youll work closely with staff families and external partners representing the Principal with professionalism warmth and discretion.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety takes initiative and brings a calm solutionsfocused approach to a busy school environment.

A Working with Children (Employee) Card and a National Police Record Check is a requirement for the position.
