As our IT Support Specialist in Madrid you are the person our teams rely on to stay connected productive and secure. You are not just resolving tickets. You are maintaining the operational backbone of our Spain office and supporting colleagues across markets. Your ability to anticipate needs resolve issues efficiently and communicate clearly across a multilingual environment has a direct impact on how well the business runs day to day.

What you will do

Technical Support & Helpdesk

  • Provide application operating system networking and hardware support to local and remote staff
  • Manage support requests through our ticketing system tracking issues from intake to resolution
  • Troubleshoot network systems and respond to technical emergencies

Systems Administration

  • Deploy configure and maintain workstations peripherals and handheld devices (iOS and Android)
  • Administer user accounts and access management via Microsoft EntraID
  • Manage device lifecycle using Intune and Autopilot
  • Support and maintain our Microsoft 365 environment including Exchange Online SharePoint OneDrive and Teams Voice

Infrastructure & Operations

  • Maintain audio/video equipment and support meeting room setups
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures
  • Manage asset inventory and produce audit reports and metrics as needed
  • Collaborate across departments to assess evolving IT needs and communicate relevant updates to management and staff

What we are looking for

Required qualifications

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in a corporate IT support role
  • Solid hands-on knowledge of Windows 10/11 Microsoft 365 and Active Directory
  • Experience with device management tools such as Intune and Autopilot
  • Familiarity with LAN/WAN environments and VOIP systems including MS Teams Voice
  • C1 level in both Spanish and English written and spoken
  • Strong communication and customer service skills

Nice to have

  • Professional certifications such as CompTIA A Network or Microsoft MCSA
  • Experience with remote support tools (TeamViewer RDP or similar)
  • Experience in an international or cross-functional environment
