Are you an experienced Recruiter seeking a role where you can truly make an impact and work as part of a fast-paced Talent Acquisition team

You will be responsible for all recruitment-related activities consulting with hiring managers to identify their position requirements and then facilitate and drive the hiring and pre-employment process.

What does the role involve

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support throughout the recruitment process from job posting to hire stage.
• Analyse staffing needs and develop/implement cost-effective recruitment strategies.
• Manage HR system (Workday) and ensure candidate data is up-to-date and accurate.
• Build relationships and promote our culture and organisation in an engaging manner both over the phone and via email with candidates and hiring managers.
• Act as the first point of contact for candidate queries and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Determine applicant qualifications by phone screening and interviewing applicants.
• Coordinate a high volume of interviews across multiple stakeholders and gather interview feedback in a timely manner.
• Negotiate and process employment offers.
• Track recruitment metrics and prepare regular reports for internal stakeholders.

• Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities
• Proven experience working in a fast-paced high-volume environment
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
• A proactive solutions-focused attitude with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
