DescriptionIn This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Remote Technical Support: Provide remote technical assistance via phone/email to resolve customer inquiries related to NI hardware/software (LabVIEW GPIB DAQ Modular Instruments).
Demo Development & Market Activation: Assist the Marketing team in building and showcasing virtual instrumentation systems for events/webinars.
On-Site Customer Support: Join Sales/Account Manager and Field Application Engineers on-site to support product installations simple system validations and proof-of-concept (POC) testing.
Customer Training: Conduct technical seminars and present customer training for NI products.

For This Role You Will Need:
Bachelors or masters degree in electrical engineering automation or related fields (senior-year priority)
Interested in working directly with customers to help them solve technical problems and learn how to apply our products to their applications
Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills for customer-facing interactions.
Strong ability to solve problems and work independently
Bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese
Commit to 2.5 days/week for 9-12 months (full-time during summer preferred).
Willing to transfer to the position of Sales or Engineering after finishing internship program
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
- Knowledge/experience of NI software or hardware is a plus
