• Must attend yearly Hazard Communication classes and fully comprehend the HMIS System and MSDSs.
• Must complete OSHA 40 hour Class for Haz-Mat Safety and Spill Response.
• Clarifier Maintenance for continues efficiency of metal removal and flow rate.
• Must be physically fit and trained for use of Air Respirators.
• Batch Treatment process chemistry for metal removal and Ph.
• Operate Filter Press for dewatering sludge waste (F006) from PBR Treatment Systems.
• Overall responsibility for organizing and cleanliness of treatment areas.
• Operate Forklift after attending Forklift Safety class.
• Maintain RCRA and CA DTSC Haz-Waste regulatory compliance.
• Working under limited supervision using standardized practices and/or methods: leading guiding and/or coordinating others.
• Utilization of some resources from other departments may be required to perform the jobs functions.

• Good oral and written communication skills must speak read and write English.
• This position requires occasional lifting carrying pushing and/or pulling: some climbing and balancing: some stooping kneeling crouching and/or crawling.
• Generally the job requires 10% sitting 45% walking and 45% standing.

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 1-year experience in a related field.

Additional compensation: An annual or quarterly company bonus may apply based on position assignment. Positions hired for alternative shift may be eligible for a shift premium based on the assigned shift and location.
