Job Summary
Tasks
- Provide one-to-one and/or small group instruction
- Contribute to student learning growth and advancement
- Demonstrate academic competence in the subject area(s) and knowledge of instructional strategies and techniques
- Maintain a growth mindset toward student learning and teaching practice
- Facilitate problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
- Collaborate effectively with students parents faculty and staff to increase student performance
- Ability to interact positively and professionally with students faculty and staff in a professional manner
- Manage student records electronically
- Maintain confidentiality of student records
